Improv comedy is different from any other type of comedy, as it is all made up on the spot. The actors use suggestions from the audience to help them move the games and scenes forward and to make them funny. There is no script, just the brains of the actors who are putting on the show.
And…Go! is an improv comedy troupe that started in April of 2008 by Dominic Bohne and Rob Hickman. Starting out as just a hobby, a few of their friends would get together at a local park every week for two hours at a time and perform for each other and no one else in particular. Soon more and more of their friends came and they decided to start performing for their friends and family. They began performing at local churches and then And…Go! found a temporary home in Pleasant Grove at the Showtime Utah Theatre. After a few months the theater closed, and the team was back to performing at churches and others small venues until 2011 when And…Go! became the official improv troupe for the Historic Murray Theater in Murray, Utah.
The current line up of And…Go! includes: Clint Erekson, Taylor
McLelland and Melissa Singleton leading the troupe with, Kurtis
Edwards, Gavin Bohne, Ian Jentzsch, Jon Scott, and Katie McLelland as MC. And...Go! loves their fans and hopes to bring laughter to the Salt Lake Valley for years to come.
